Galleyathon is back for a second round, running from 10th – 16th August the main aim is to get ARCs off your Netgalley shelf and onto your Goodreads read shelf. I really enjoyed the first round back in June so was excited to see it brought back so soon.
The main prompts are the same as round one and there’s also a bingo card to try and complete and new to this round is a self-care challenge which I think is amazing! You can find all the details/links in the pinned Twitter thread.
Newest arc you have ~ Before the Coffee Gets Cold: Tales from the Cafe*
This short story collection set in a time travelling cafe, its actually a sequel to another collection I haven’t read but I’m hoping as its short stories that won’t be a problem.
Arc you regret requesting ~ Who Cares Wins*
I got sucked in by the cover of this one, I did make a start a few weeks ago and just felt a bit meh about it. Time to give it a fair, second chance.
Arc your most excited for ~ Ghosts*
One of my most anticipated books of 2020 is Dolly Alderton’s first fiction novel, I did a little happy dance when this approval came through.
Oldest arc you have ~ Daughters of Night*
This isn’t out until 2021 but its actually the same book I planned to read for this prompt for round one!
Are you taking part in Round Two of Galleyathon? Will you be trying to complete either the Bingo Card or the self-care challenges or maybe both?
Titles marked * have been provided for free in exchange for an honest review.
