Book Blogger Hop ~ 17th July 2020

The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. With Jennifer’s permission, Billy @ Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer relaunched the hop on February 15, 2013. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end the following Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.

This week’s prompt was submitted by Billy @ Coffee Addicted Writer

Do you bring along books when you go on a vacation?

Always! What books I’m going to take is one of my favourite things to plan for a holiday. I always take my Kindle so that those plans can go out of the window but depending on how long I’m going for/how I’m travelling/luggage allowances I’ll try and take one or two physical books.

If you’re reading this on the day its published I’m actually on my way back from a little holiday in a caravan – I’m writing this ahead of time because I won’t have internet but I took my Kindle, The Language of Birds and The Guilty Feminist along with me.

Do you read on holiday or use it to have a holiday from reading?

      1. I never have had any problems. Everything can be changed or adjusted to suit your needs – brightness, font, and even page color. Some people have issues with glare but they have screen protectors that fix that. I have one on my old iPad and use it to take Instagram photos.
