I’m going to say it – how is it May?!
Lullaby – I first heard about this book via The High Low podcast and my library request has been a long time coming but its finally in my house.
What Fresh Hell – This is the second book from Lucy Vine, I really enjoyed her first, Hot Mess last summer so I have high hopes for this one.
Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a world that won’t stop talking – One I’ve been meaning to read for a while, as someone who tends towards the quieter more introverted side at work and felt that gives me a slight disadvantaged I’m intrigued.
The Poison Bed* – It was the cover art that drew me to this one, I decided to request it as a bit of a genre challenge, it’s a murder mystery set in the 1600’s so quite different from what I would normally pick up.
Sapiens: A brief history of humankind – I didn’t make much progress on this in April but I am still reading it when I’m able to find some quiet dedicated time to spend on it.
